ADASS updates DoLS priority tool


The revised version (link below) distinguishes between cases that do and do not appear to meet the test for a deprivation of liberty as set out by the Supreme Court. 


The tool is designed for supporting councils to prioritise Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards applications as per the AGNI ruling in June, however it is likely to be of interest to the wider market.
